It is no longer necessary to insert the Google Calendar in the newsletter, as it is available at any time by clicking on Calendar in the left hand navigation panel on the website. Please try it and try the difffernt views to see which "view" suits you.

Three different views are provided:

• List view - Lists upcoming meets with details. To see meets further ahead, click Next.
• Calendar View - This view provides a summary of meet titles only. Click on any meet to see the details. This view can be switched from Agenda view to Month view, which is useful to see what's on on any particular day of the week. Another advantage of Calendar View is that it has a slide control which makes it easy to see meets over any desired period in the future, or in the past.
• Google Calendar View - This view is only useful if you have a Google Calendar Account. See the articles on Benefits of Google Calendar and Setting up a Free Google Account for more information.

The different views all serve different purposes and the needs of different users - use whichever you prefer.
